‘We’ ‘Us’ ‘Our’ refers to RO&ZO LIMITED, the ‘site’ refers to www.liveunlimitedlondon.com, the Terms of Use and Service applies to the site and all of the sites services. ‘You’ ‘Your’ refers to the user of the site and its services. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract when you purchase a good or use a service.

If you are aged 16 or under, you must make you parent or guardian aware of RO & ZO the site and of it’s Privacy Policy. Please note that we reserve the right to only accept payments from those over 18 years of age.

We may modify the Terms of Use and Service (TOS), we advise that you check back often and stay up-to date with any changes. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy or the TOS then immediately stop using the site and all associated services.

Contract between you and us

An order placed by you, constitutes as an offer to buy the goods from us and does not form a binding contract. Multiple product within the order constitutes as multiple offerings for each product individually. A confirmation email will be received by you from us. This does not constitute as acceptance by us. Your order is subject to availability and acceptance by us measured on varying parameters such as payment being cleared and passing security. We reserve the right to refuse an order prior to acceptance. An email from us to you, confirming dispatch of goods is the ‘Contract’ or acceptance by us and only applies to the goods that have been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure that all order requests made by you are done so providing the correct billing and delivery information. You must be the owner or authorised to use the Paypal, debit or credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse any order made by you for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to RO&ZO. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by RO&ZO. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to RO&ZO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, RO&ZO uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Insurance and Delivery You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

RO&ZO insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by RO&ZO, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. RO&ZO is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned in their original condition with the swing ticket and labels still attached.

Items need to be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we regret that we are currently unable to offer exchanges for items that are being returned.

Lost your UK Free Post Returns Label?  Please contact Customer Care on customercare@roandzo.com and they will send you through a replacement.

Your rights under this part are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must notify via email customercare@roandzo.com within 7 calendar days from the day after the date on which your Goods are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as certificate of posting. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns slip as above. If you cancel your Order in this way you will be reimbursed the costs of the goods cancelled.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your RO&ZO account.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on RO&ZO. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Intellectual Property Rights Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including RO&ZO Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by RO&ZO and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. RO&ZO does not promise that RO&ZO Content is accurate or error-free. RO&ZO does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or RO&ZO's Content will be error free or that this Site, RO&ZO Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of t he Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed.

By posting on our Site and social mediums you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute. You also grant to RO&ZO a right to use any content you provide for its own purposes including republication in any form or media. Comments may be moderated and may take up to 72 hrs to be displayed but RO&ZO does not commit to checking all content and will not be liable for third party posts. This site is available to the public, information you consider confidential should not be posted to this site.

The personal opinions of the designers and labels whose products we sell, or any third parties with whom we are associated are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of RO&ZO and we accept no responsibility for any such views expressed in any media.

You grant RO&ZO and its affiliates and/or related entities a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s) and/or other content posted to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Google+, together with your social media handle, social media user name, profile picture, caption and location information you may have included in your content (“User Content”) that you have tagged with any of the Hashtag(s) defined below in any media, including but not limited to on its webpages and social media pages, retailer sites, third party sites, stores for its marketing and/or its advertising. You grant RO&ZO the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content.

RO&ZO may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the User Content for legal and/or regulatory reasons in any way it sees fit (while maintaining the original sentiment), with no obligation to you whatsoever.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Registration

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify RO&ZO immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

Promotional Code Terms and Conditions

To claim your discount, when in the 'My Bag' section of your account there is an option to “discount code”, which allows you to enter the promotional code in order to apply it to the order.

Discount Codes can only be used once per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, remain our property and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative.

Payment in alternate currencies can be enabled by selecting the appropriate flag in the dropdown currency selection menu at the top of the homepage. Goods are supplied subject to our terms and conditions.

MID-SEASON SALE

Offer valid on selected items only, priced as marked. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Competitions

Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.

Entry is not permitted for employees (and their families) of RO&ZO, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.

Entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over.

Proof of identity and age may be required.

Use of a false details or misuse of the intention of the competition will result in disqualification at RO&ZO's discretion.

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The winner(s) is(are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions where applicable.

The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by RO&ZO relating to any post-winning publicity.

Unless stated otherwise all postal entries must be made on the relevant coupon or form printed.

Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random; or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner(s) where applicable or requested.

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

A list of winners will be available by writing into us or requesting on the website at the Promoter's address no earlier than six weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition. For data security reasons only the surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
