Key Responsibilities
• Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive retention strategy across CRM, loyalty, email marketing, SMS, and other channels to boost customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Map and optimise the customer journey from onboarding to loyalty, identifying touch points and tactics that enhance engagement, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty.
• Data and Analytics: Develop and oversee the retention analytics framework, leveraging data to measure success, uncover insights, and inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless experience across all customer touch points.
• Loyalty Programs: Design, launch, and optimise loyalty programs that incentivise repeat purchases and enhance the customer experience.
• Personalisation and Segmentation: Implement advanced segmentation strategies and personalise communications based on customer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of retention campaigns, including email, SMS, ensuring messaging is timely, relevant, and impactful.
• A/B Testing and Optimisation: Develop and implement testing methodologies to improve retention tactics and optimise key metrics, such as repeat purchase rates and average order value.
• Stay Current with Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies in retention and CRM, identifying new opportunities to enhance retention initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms) and experience working with customer data to inform decisions.
• CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM systems and tools, with a strong track record in managing successful email, SMS, and loyalty programs.

We are looking for an experienced Paid Search/SEO manager who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of on Google Ads and SEO. You’ll work closely with our creative, analytics, and content teams to ensure our campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and results-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.
• Conduct extensive keyword research and gap analysis to ensure maximum product and landing page coverage.
• Increase ranking and traffic from SEO on key product categories and markets, including a focus on driving traffic from products in free Shopping listings
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, brand, and wider marketing teams to ensure creative assets are best-performing and aligned with brand standards

We are looking for a passionate Imagery & Content Coordinator to join their growing team. The successful candidate would be responsible for editing ecommerce & lifestyle imagery, photographing & editing all invisible mannequin imagery and creating high-quality graphics and content for our website.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing all model imagery, from raw files to website-ready images. This includes but is not limited to removing backgrounds, retouching brightness and colour balance, recolouring & colour-correcting, general touch-ups.
- Photographing and editing invisible mannequin imagery.
- Support the Marketing Intern in monitoring Ro&Zo’s product imagery, ensuring a consistent, visually appealing and on-brand online presence across each sales channel, ensuring all images are in-line with brand imagery standards.
- Produce creative, on-brand content for the website, including but not limited to homepages, collection headers, navigation imagery and product videos.
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager in creating engaging graphics and content for email marketing, as well as key marketing moments such as sale and product launches.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Social Media Exec in creating still & video assets for social media, both in terms of paid and organic content.
- Create any store graphics and marketing materials required by our partners.
- Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring accessibility for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all content.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an MAA to provide administrative support to the merchandising team and play a pivotal role in ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time to guarantee profit and turnover objectives are met.

Key responsibilities:
- Allocate stock to ensure stock gets to the right place at the right time
- Make suggestions and identify issues in the allocation of stock
- Liaising with the warehouse regularly regarding intake
- Complete all partner product uploads ensuring accurate and timely set up
- Manage intake into partners and highlight any potential delays and issues.
- Assist with reporting and analysis for Monday Trade meetings
- Assist with the preparation of seasonal lessons learnt
- Communicate markdowns and promotions to our partners.
- Being naturally collaborative with the business support functions and flexible in handling change, multiple demands and shifting priorities to support the business requirements.
