Position Overview:

The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance Ro&Zo's presence in the market. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will assist in ensuring the consistency of the brand’s message across all platforms while identifying opportunities for growth and brand engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, branding, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support: Manage the development and execution of brand strategies to build brand equity, awareness, and loyalty across multiple channels (digital, social media).
  • Campaign Development: Work with the Creative Director to create, manage, and evaluate weekly email marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Also to take the lead on creative design of brand catalogues (direct mail). 
  • CRM: responsible for email segmentation and CRM strategies to promote customer retention. To include strategies for VIPs.
  • Management: Line manager to Social media Exec, Marketing assistant and Intern, who will assist on creating the assets and general admin duties. 
  • Shoots: Work with the Creative Director to conceptualise all photoshoots (both lifestyle and ecommerce) in order to ensure all creative assets are cohesive, on-brand and tailored for marketing purposes
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and gather consumer insights to inform and adjust brand strategies.
  • Content Creation: Direct the creative teams and create the strategy for engaging and relevant content for the website, email marketing, and other marketing materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key brand metrics, including social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign ROI. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and digital marketing to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms and materials in line with Ro&Zo’s identity.
  • Influencer & Partnerships: Assist in managing influencer relationships, collaborations, and brand partnerships to expand reach and visibility.
  • Events: Support the planning and execution of brand-related events such as press events, pop-up shops, fashion shows, or collaborations with other brands.
